Frequently asked questions
-
How does pay-as-you-go billing work?
With pay-as-you-go you are billed only for what you use. After you have loaded credit in your account, we deduct from it every hour based on the outbound traffic used, counted in bytes. Automatic discounts are applied when you use more than 10TB in any given month (balanced network tier). Traffic statistics are reset on the first day of the month.
-
How is the Extended network tier billed?
The Extended network tier is optional. It enables additional edge data centers in Asia, Oceania, South America and Africa. Only traffic served from these additional data centers to visitors in these regions is billed at the $0.04/GB rate. The rest of the world is served from the data centers that are part of the Standard network tier, with the standard pricing listed above.
-
Is there a minimum monthly usage?
A minimum charge of $1 per month is required to keep your account active.
